Non-Formal Education Course
Non-Formal Education Course
Overview:
The course's structure and approach are crafted to encourage participants to engage
with and reflect on non-formal education through practical experiences. It will emphasize
experiential learning, personal reflection, and the exchange of practices among participants.
This will be achieved through participatory learning methods, such as group work and guided
discussions. The program will incorporate opportunities to share experiences and best practices
in organizing non-formal activities. Flipped Learning, for example, is a pedagogical approach in
which direct instruction moves from the group learning space to the individual learning space,
and the resulting group space is transformed into a dynamic, interactive learning environment
where the educator guides students as they apply concepts and engage creatively in the subject
matter.
